Hydrogen gas is critical for processes like plasma cutting and finds its uses as a fuel in automobile and aeronautical and Oil & gas sectors. It is also used as a coolant in Power generation and is a main ingredient in Ammonia production and a chief equaliser for saturation of unsaturated fats in the oil industry. 

Since different industries require varied specifications ( grades and composition) of Hydrogen gas, we are well equipped with the latest technology to accurately check the levels of impurity.

We also deal in Electrolysers, H2 Compressors, Fuel Cells, Imported Type 3 & Type 4 Cylinders .

Currently hydrogen gas is produced using fossil fuels, VJ industries is building solutions to create green hydrogen from renewable energy sources. Our key R&D is happening towards creating Electrolysers and Dialysers to make this a reality. 

Quads / Cascades

Quads or cascades are used wherever a high volume of gas is required to be fed at a regular flow rate and pressure without an interruption.

The conventional gas cylinders that are used one at a time are cumbersome and result in wastage of time due to multiple changeovers and handling. This also breaks the regular flow required due to low gas storage. 

To enable the uninterrupted flow of gas, Quads or the cascade system is a perfect solution. The Cascade system has a bunch of cylinders all interconnected with a manifold system. This reduces machine downtimes, and increases productivity. 

Our manifolds are designed based on CCOE/PESO guidelines and comply with stringent standards and factors of safety. We provide manifolds with third party (TUV, SGS or BVQI) certification. 

The quad system at VJ industries can be custom designed as per process requirements and 2-300 cylinders can be grouped.
