Hydrogen Gas Quads & Cascades
Hydrogen gas quads and cascade systems are designed for applications where high volumes of gas need to be supplied at a consistent flow rate and pressure. By connecting multiple cylinders through a manifold system, these systems help reduce cylinder changeovers, minimize downtime and support continuous gas supply.
The conventional gas cylinders that are used one at a time are cumbersome and result in wastage of time due to multiple changeovers and handling. This also breaks the regular flow required due to low gas storage.
To enable the uninterrupted flow of gas, Quads or the cascade system is a perfect solution. The Cascade system has a bunch of cylinders all interconnected with a manifold system. This reduces machine downtimes, and increases productivity.
Our hydrogen gas manifolds are designed in accordance with applicable CCOE/PESO guidelines and incorporate safety features for reliable hydrogen gas storage and distribution. Third-party certification options from TUV, SGS or BVQI are also available.
The quad system at VJ industries can be custom designed as per process requirements and 2-300 cylinders can be grouped.
